Description Pinotex Classic

Swedish-Finnish manufacturer Antiseptic Pinotex commands a prominent place in the market. He has several benefits, including:

  • low consumption;
  • high -quality coating;
  • good decorative properties;
  • the presence of fungicides

Depending on the external work, three types of pinotexes can be distinguished: primer mixtures, the facade’s composition, and windows and doors separately.

Sometimes treating the tree with a primer alone is insufficient. In this instance, the film that has formed will eventually break under the effects of the sun, rain, and snow.

Consequently, it is advised to use the Pinotex Classic composition for the facade above ground. It is an antiseptic that is more resilient to UV light and precipitation. It deeply penetrates the fibers of the wood, producing a vibrant color. up to nine different color shades.

The composition helps to form a stable film on the tree’s surface that keeps the wood’s original characteristics for ten years. It has active ingredients derived from mold and fungus. dries quickly, is easy to apply, and has excellent wood adhesion.

This environmental safeguard is applied in conjunction with a Pinotex Base primer mixture.

Select your option

The primary concern when building a wooden house is safeguarding the design from the growth and development of fungi, mold, and other decaying microorganisms. The spread of blue and atmospheric dampness can also affect wood.

Using materials that shield wood buildings from dangerous air phenomena, dangerous insects and microbes, regular paint, and pinotex. You need to decide which of these varnish material types to use.

Regular paint has limitations. It merely shields the wood’s surface, hardly penetrating it. Can exfoliate and conceal the tree’s texture entirely.

Modern Pinotex is another thing. It preserves the natural texture of wooden structures by shielding their surface. The product’s primary ingredients are pigmented additives, white spiteen, and alkyd resin. The substance protects wood from putrefactive bacteria and provides refractory wood constructions by acting concurrently as an antiseptic, an antipyrene, and a paint.

Pinotex primer base has unique qualities of its own. It is firmly ingrained in the tree’s structure and inhibits mold, fungus, and board blueing.

After application, the material maintains its transparency and lack of color. preserves the original wood species. During external work, this soil inhibits the finishing coating from being excessively absorbed. It is what shields a wooden house’s designs from atmospheric phenomena.

Pinotex Base is a multipurpose protective coating for home facades that provides a number of advantages to improve the external surfaces’ resilience and visual appeal. This article explains how Pinotex Base acts as a breathable barrier to keep moisture and mold growth out while also offering protection against weathering and UV damage. We illustrate how this product not only preserves the natural beauty of wood but also contributes to sustainable building practices by highlighting its application methods and environmental advantages. Pinotex Base is a dependable option for homeowners looking to improve the appearance and durability of their homes, whether they are building new or remodeling an old facade.

Application instructions

Observance of the work instructions is necessary for the Pinotex application to be effective. Processing fresh wood yields the best results.

Preparation of the base surface

The prior painting or impregnation of the surface lessens the primer’s protective qualities by preventing it from penetrating the tree’s structure.

Before processing, the surface needs to be ready if the structures were soaked in anything. Perform the subsequent tasks:

  • Fat spots are cleaned using the solvent, and the plots infected with the fungus are scraped off with a metal brush. The purified surface is polished by abrasive material for better absorption and improve the appearance of the material.
  • If the tree was previously treated, it is first necessary to remove the old coating. The stained surface is heated by a building hairdryer and scrape off the paint with a brush or scraper.
  • The surface impregnated with an Oliph is cleaned of dust, washed with a soap solution and dried.
  • Rotten elements and cracked areas are completely replaced, since they are not subject. Recesses and wormholes are sealed with putty, selected in color so as not to violate the decorativeness of the surface.
  • The seriously and damaged blue boards are treated with a bleach. The special composition is applied with a brush with a dense layer, then washed off with water and dried.

The wooden surface needs to be low and dry before beginning any work.

Dilution

The solution that doesn’t need to be diluted can use the Pinotex Base primer. The composition needs to be well shaken and stirred in a container before beginning work.

Use a medium-length primary brush with a dense pile.

Padding

It is advised that work be done in calm, dry weather. The ideal air temperature ranges from 18 to 20 °C. The primitive mixture will not have time to seep into the wood fibers if the street is too hot—more than 22 °C—instead it will simply evaporate.

To prevent the composition from being removed from a tree, priming should ideally be done in the morning or evening, or on a cloudy day. When the composition comes into contact with an overheated surface, it immediately adheres and forms a feeble layer of protection.

Using a brush, apply the primer in a consistent, continuous layer along the fibers. Make sure you rub the composition all the way through. Processing a level surface is the first step in the process, after which the end areas are primed. Here, the composition needs to be applied in multiple layers and thoroughly rubbed into the relevant areas. Just dipping small parts into the solution suffices.

The surface is primed again a day or so after the first layer dries.

Coloring

Once the soil has completely dried, the final staining is applied. I’ll need a day for this. The same parameters apply as they do to primer work:

  • humidity is not more than 80%;
  • temperature up to 20 ° C;
  • avoiding direct sunlight;
  • Lampled weather.

The mixture is well combined in the bowl before being applied in a thick layer along the fibers. Carefully rub the pinotex surface on the wooden surface to ensure that the layer lays there uniformly. The application of two to three layers yields the final result. Each layer’s drying time is listed on the material’s packaging. The product’s acceptable price is determined by its packaging.

Pinotex Base is a unique type of protective coating for home facades that provides strong protection against a range of environmental factors and weather conditions. Deeply penetrating the wood surface, it forms a resilient barrier that blocks out moisture, UV light, and fungal growth.

The simplicity of use and upkeep of Pinotex Base is one of its main benefits. Homeowners can save time and effort by applying it directly to wooden surfaces that have never been treated or have been treated before. Its water-based formula guarantees long-lasting protection without sacrificing environmental safety, while also enhancing the wood’s inherent beauty.

Pinotex Base is especially useful for homes located in regions that frequently experience extreme weather, such as rain, snow, or strong sunlight. It contributes to the long-term preservation of the structural integrity of wooden facades by limiting water infiltration and the likelihood of cracking and warping. Because of its durability, homeowners will save money and have fewer maintenance needs.

Pinotex Base offers a variety of color options in addition to its protective properties, giving homeowners the ability to personalize and improve the visual appeal of their homes. Whether you want to go with a tinted finish or the natural look of wood, this product can accommodate a variety of design tastes and still provide reliable protection.
